Returns:
- We offer refunds or exchanges for items within 14 days of your purchase date. All sales are FINAL on sale items.
- Please email us at bluemoonbentonville@gmail.com with the order # and reason for the return. Refunds will be processed once the item has been delivered to Blue Moon Bentonville either by mail or in-person.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- In order to receive credit for your return, items must be unworn, unwashed, stain-free, fragrance-free, and smoke-free with the tags still attached.
- Customers are responsible for the cost to return items back to Blue Moon Bentonville.
- Items deemed to be damaged upon receipt must be reported within 3 days of receipt and before wearing.
