Shipping & Returns


Shipping Info:

  • ​We offer free local pick-up for customers in the Bentonville, AR area.  Orders placed before 2pm may be picked up the same day during business hours.  Our address is 219 S. Main Street.
  • We ship to the U.S. only at this time.
  • We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
  • If an item is lost or damaged during transit, we do not accept responsibility for this item.
  • Once an item has been ordered, it is typically shipped within 1-3 business days.  Please allow 2-5 days transit.  We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Returns:

  • We offer refunds for items if you contact us within 7 days of the date you received the item(s).  Items returned after this will not be credited. 
  • Please email us at bluemoonbentonville@gmail.com with the order # and reason for the return.  Refunds will be processed once the item has been delivered to Blue Moon Bentonville either by mail or in-person.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All sales are FINAL on sale items.  Refunds or Exchanges will not be granted for these items.
  • In order to receive credit for your return, items must be unworn, unwashed, stain-free, and smoke-free with the tags still attached.  No exceptions.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost to return items back to Blue Moon Bentonville.
  • Items deemed to be damaged upon receipt must be reported within 3 days of receipt and before wearing.  Please contact bluemoonbentonville@gmail.com.
