Shipping & Returns
Shipping Info:
- We offer free local pick-up for customers in the Bentonville, AR area. Orders placed before 2pm may be picked up the same day during business hours. Our address is 114 W. Central Ave.
- We ship to the U.S. only at this time.
- We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
- If an item is lost or damaged during transit, we do not accept responsibility for this item.
- Once an item has been ordered, it is typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow 2-5 days transit. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Returns:
- We offer refunds for items if you contact us within 7 days of the date you received the item(s). Items returned after this will not be credited.
- Please email us at bluemoonbentonville@gmail.com with the order # and reason for the return. Refunds will be processed once the item has been delivered to Blue Moon Bentonville either by mail or in-person.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All sales are FINAL on sale items. Refunds or Exchanges will not be granted for these items.
- In order to receive credit for your return, items must be unworn, unwashed, stain-free, and smoke-free with the tags still attached. No exceptions.
- Customers are responsible for the cost to return items back to Blue Moon Bentonville.
- Items deemed to be damaged upon receipt must be reported within 3 days of receipt and before wearing. Please contact bluemoonbentonville@gmail.com.
