Shipping Policy
Shipping:
- We offer free local pick-up for customers in the Bentonville, AR area. Orders placed before 2 PM may be available for same-day pickup during business hours. You’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is ready.
- $10 flat rate shipping; it's FREE when you spend $75+!
- Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for transit time. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
- We typically ship USPS Ground or UPS Ground to the U.S. only at this time.
- Once your package has been shipped, Blue Moon Bentonville is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
